SpaceX, the company founded by Elon Musk, has announced that it is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) in 2026, which could become the largest in history. The purpose of the listing is to raise funds for ambitious projects, including the development of the Starship rocket, expanding infrastructure for AI data centers in space, and building a base on the Moon. Recently, the price of shares in the secondary offering was set at $421, nearly double compared to July, when the company's valuation was approximately $400 billion. SpaceX aims for a total valuation of $1.5 trillion in the case of the IPO, comparable to that of Saudi Aramco at its listing in 2019.
However, the company's management has emphasized that the final details of the listing and valuation are not yet certain. SpaceX continues to be a leader in the space industry, with frequent launches of the Falcon 9 rocket and the Starlink satellite network, which provides global internet.
