SpaceX, controlled by billionaire Elon Musk, plans to raise at least $75 billion through its initial public offering (IPO), with an estimated valuation of $1.75 trillion, according to sources cited by Reuters.

The company has begun meetings with investors, indicating that the valuation includes the 'greenshoe' option, which allows for the sale of additional shares in case of high demand. If the IPO is realized at this value, it will become the largest initial public offering in history. The offering will be structured through the issuance of new shares, ensuring that the funds raised will support the company's development.

SpaceX, known for its reusable rockets and the Starlink network, recently secured a $4.16 billion contract from the U.S. Space Force, strengthening its position in the aerospace sector. The investor presentation tour will begin on Thursday, and the details of the offering may be subject to changes depending on market interest.
