According to Cedefop projections, the population over 65 will triple in the next 10 years, exceeding 30% of the total population. Despite the increase in the number of graduates, they will face difficulties in finding a job that matches their qualifications. The workforce is expected to grow in sectors such as information and communications, real estate, research and banking.
