The Ministry of Finance reported remarkable results for the FIDELIS edition from March 6-13, 2026, with total subscriptions exceeding 1.17 billion lei. Investors placed 14,691 orders, amounting to 533.96 million lei and 126.13 million euros. The 10-year maturity, with an interest rate of 6%, was the most popular, attracting 91.80 million euros, equivalent to 469.14 million lei. Additionally, the special tranche for blood donors generated 99.71 million lei. In the first three months of 2026, the FIDELIS program accumulated subscriptions of over 4.07 billion lei, demonstrating the trust of Romanians in safe financial instruments. FIDELIS government bonds are considered zero-risk investments, and interest income is tax-exempt.
