One United Properties reported a consolidated turnover of 1.4 billion lei for 2025, similar to that of 2024, but with a gross profit increased by 18%, reaching 509.3 million lei. Net profit increased by 14%, to 425.8 million lei, due to improved margins in the residential segment and efficient cost management. Revenues from the residential segment were 1.1 billion lei, a decrease of 6% compared to the previous year, but net income from residential properties increased by 10%. Rental income rose by 9%, reaching 164.6 million lei, with an occupancy rate of 97%. The company delivered 375 units and managed the construction of over 3,800 units under development. One United Properties ended the year with 655 million lei in cash and a net debt of 895.3 million lei, maintaining a solid financial profile. The company plans to expand its land portfolio, estimating the construction of over 11,000 apartments and 106,000 square meters of commercial buildings.
