The Russian group Lukoil has announced that it will sell its international assets as a result of the restrictive measures imposed by various countries, including sanctions from the USA, which target Russian oil companies, especially due to the conflict in Ukraine. The company has begun to analyze offers from potential buyers and mentioned that the sale will take place under a termination license issued by the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control. Lukoil intends to request an extension of the license to ensure the continuity of asset operations.
