He bought a hotel in Băile Bálványos and invested in its modernization, increasing its occupancy from 30% to 80%. It has also developed a hotel complex with 172 rooms and spa facilities. Szarvadi emphasizes the importance of infrastructure for the success of tourism businesses and continues to invest despite the challenges in the industry.
