The Ministry of Finance will list on Thursday, at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the first edition of the 2026 FIDELIS government bonds, after the January edition recorded total subscriptions of over 1.87 billion lei.

Between January 16 and 23, the FIDELIS program recorded total subscriptions of over 1.87 billion lei, highlighting the interest of individual investors in safe savings instruments. The Minister of Finance, Alexandru Nazare, emphasized the importance of this program for the development of personal savings and social involvement, especially through the tranche dedicated to blood donors. In the seven days of the offer, 18,440 subscription orders were placed, with a total value of 697.2 million lei and 229.96 million euros. The tranche for donors attracted 103.8 million lei, and the demand was significant for the 2 and 6-year maturities in lei, as well as for the issues in euros, especially for the 10-year maturity. Since its launch, the program has attracted total investments of over 63.97 billion lei, with a significant contribution from donors.
