EEAF Financial Services BV, which owns 84.05% of Patria Bank, has announced that it is exploring strategic options for its investment, including the possibility of selling all or part of the shares. No clear decision has yet been taken and the future of these options remains uncertain. Patria Bank, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, offers a wide range of financial services and is part of a group that also includes Patria Credit IFN.
