Draft law: Cumulative pension with salary until 70 years old

The proposed bill by the Bolojan Government allows employees paid from public funds who have received retirement decisions to combine their pension with their salary until the age of 70. Exceptions are made for beneficiaries of service or military pensions, who will face an 85% reduction in their pension if they choose to continue working for the state. The project is under public debate and could be adopted quickly. Employees from various public institutions, including autonomous administrations and national companies, will be able to continue their activity with the employer's agreement. Additionally, special pensioners who do not choose to reduce their pension will have their employment contracts terminated. The project also includes exceptions for individuals elected to public office, who can combine their pension with their salary during their term.
