On Friday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average of the New York Stock Exchange rose by over 1,000 points, reaching a new historic record of 50,000 points, marking a first in its 129 years of existence. This increase occurred in the context of geopolitical tensions, including conflicts in Iran and disputes between Washington and Brussels. Wall Street's stock market recovered after three days of declines, with the S&P 500 and Nasdaq rising by 1.7% and 1.9%, respectively.

Investors are increasingly turning towards sectors such as industry and finance, and the stocks of Goldman Sachs and Caterpillar had a significant impact on the Dow's rise. Over time, the Dow has reached important milestones, such as 10,000 in 1999 and 30,000 in 2020. Analysts emphasize that the economic fundamentals remain solid, but warn about potential volatility, recommending portfolio diversification to benefit from market growth.
