The Bucharest City Hall has announced the listing of a new bond issue worth 555.1 million lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the eighth issue of the institution in the last decade. The bonds, with a fixed interest rate of 8.47% and maturing in 2021, are intended to refinance an existing public debt. Mayor Nicușor Dan underlined investors' confidence in local government, noting that the issue was oversubscribed.
