Banca Transilvania issues RON 1.5 billion in sustainable bonds, marking a record on the Romanian banking market, maturing in 2032.

Banca Transilvania listed today on the BVB a sustainable bond issue worth RON 1.5 billion, stock exchange symbol TLV32, representing the bank's first issue in lei. It consists of 2,500 bonds with an annual interest rate of 8.875% and maturing in 2032. The amount raised will be used to finance sustainable projects. The issue received an Investment Grade rating from Fitch, reinforcing the credibility of the Romanian capital market. Banca Transilvania continues to be an example of success on the Romanian capital market.
