In September 2025, the average gross salary recorded an increase of 76 lei, reaching 9,078 lei, which represents a rise of 0.8% compared to August 2025. Additionally, the average net salary increased by 56 lei, reaching a value of 5,443 lei, which corresponds to a growth of 1%. This trend of increasing average incomes suggests an improvement in economic conditions, and the highest salary values were observed in certain sectors, thus reflecting the economic diversity of the country. These data indicate a continuation of the positive trend regarding salaries in Romania.
