ANAF will publish this month the names of companies with tax arrears from the third quarter of 2024

The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) will publish the list of companies that have not paid their debts to the state in the third quarter of 2024. This will include large debtors with arrears of over 500,000 lei, medium taxpayers with debts of 250,000 lei, and other categories, including individuals with debts of 100,000 lei. The list will be updated every 15 days as debts are paid. The publication is based on a provision from the Order of the Ministry of Public Finance no. 558/2016.
