The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs Romanian citizens about a warning issued by the American authorities for the regions of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles, regarding heavy precipitation, wind gusts of up to 90 km/h, and flood risks. The warning is valid until Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 6:00 AM local time. The MFA recommends following the instructions of the American authorities and provides contact information for consular assistance in case of emergency.
