Following a large raid in the outskirts of Milan, Italian police arrested six Romanian men, discovering an illegal casino set up in a building. They were caught playing cards and dice, preparing to open a bottle of champagne.
In addition to confiscating the sum of 3,220 euros, the Romanians are being investigated for illegal gambling. The raids also targeted commercial establishments in the area, resulting in the closure of two venues for various irregularities, including the lack of legal documents. In total, 36 sanctions were imposed, amounting to 18,912 euros. Additionally, the sanitation service collected over two and a half tons of abandoned waste from common areas. Prefect Claudio Sgaraglia emphasized the effectiveness of these actions in improving safety and urban appearance.
