The group's leader, Nichita Popescu, promotes a points-based reward system for violent actions. The group incites hatred against minorities and uses online recruitment techniques, including physical meetings to accomplish 'tasks'. The public prosecutor's office cannot confirm this information, invoking the presumption of innocence.
