A 23-year-old man has been placed in preventive custody for 30 days, being accused of kidnapping and assaulting a 29-year-old man, following a conflict that broke out in Bucharest. The incident took place on November 27, when the aggressor became angry because the victim no longer wanted to walk around the city and began to hit him, forcing him to get into the car. After hours of forced walking, the victim managed to get out of the vehicle and call for help, but the aggressor continued to beat him. The police intervened and apprehended the aggressor, who was driving without a license. Investigations are ongoing under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Sector 3 Court.
