The warning applies to the counties of Caraș-Severin, Timiș, Arad, Botoșani, Suceava, and Neamț, where the wind will reach 50–70 km/h, and at high altitudes, gusts will reach 90–100 km/h. Between September 14 and 15, moderate showers are expected in Banat, Crișana, Maramureș, and Transylvania, with water amounts of up to 40 l/m². In Bucharest, the weather will be normal, with temperatures of 26–27°C, without severe warnings.
