Raed Arafat announced that four counties in Romania, namely Caraș-Severin, Gorj, Hunedoara, and Mehedinți, are under an Orange Code, while another 32 counties are under a Yellow Code. The warnings issued by ANM will be updated on the morning of Tuesday and in the following days. The Department for Emergency Situations (DSU) will continue to send RO-ALERT messages for the affected counties, including for specific situations. Arafat emphasized that the situation is under control and no special interventions are necessary, but force maneuvers will continue where needed. Deputy Prime Minister Predoiu requested the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations to ensure the necessary resources in the affected counties.
