The National Meteorological Administration has issued the forecast for the period of November 3–16: temperatures will initially be high, followed by a significant cooling and rain.

The week starts with higher than normal temperatures, reaching a maximum of 20 degrees, but it will cool down on Tuesday, approaching normal values. Rain is expected locally, with a higher probability around the dates of November 11-12. In Banat, Crișana, and Transylvania, the weather will be warm at first, but it will cool down on Tuesday, with maximums of 12-14 degrees. In Maramureș, temperatures will drop from 20 degrees to 13-14 degrees, while in Moldova, maximums will vary between 13-17 degrees. Dobrogea and Muntenia will experience a similar cooling, with rain forecasted on the days of November 5 and 11. Oltenia will have maximum temperatures of 19 degrees, and in the mountains, the weather will be cooler, with maximums of 6 degrees on Tuesday.
