Vasile Pușcaș emphasizes that the current world order is characterized by chaos and disorder, with a rise in revisionism that can lead to armed conflicts. Pușcaș proposes the concept of "Magna Civitas" as an interdependent global community, but warns that political leaders have failed to develop a new functional international system. In the context of the conflict in Ukraine, he observes that the old structures no longer function, and competition among great powers can generate instability.

Additionally, Pușcaș discusses the impact of revisionism, especially in the case of Hungary, and how it has influenced international relations. He emphasizes the necessity for Romania to develop a European integration strategy and to actively participate in the reconfiguration of the international system, warning about the risks of populism and authoritarianism in the context of social discontent.
