USR has filed a complaint with the National Council for Combating Discrimination following a post on George Simion's blog, in which he threatens Romanians who think differently, calling them "unreasonable" and "irrational". USR believes Simion is promoting totalitarian ideas and inciting hatred, in violation of anti-discrimination laws. USR leaders stress that such behavior should not be tolerated in a democracy and call on the authorities to intervene to protect freedom of expression.
