At the age of 17 and 18, the two teenagers were detained for 24 hours after they fired non-lethal pistols with pellets at four young women, in an incident that took place in an alley in the Capital. The conflict broke out when one of the boys accidentally touched one of the girls on the shoulder, leading to an exchange of words between the parties. During the altercation, one of the teenagers pulled out a non-lethal weapon and fired several times at the girls. The police continue the investigation to clarify the circumstances of the incident and to establish possible sanctions.
