At Falcone Borsellino Airport in Palermo, two Romanians, aged 26 and 29, were arrested after about 64 kilograms of manufactured tobacco were found in their luggage. The Italian authorities, noticing the suspicious behavior of the two men, carried out checks which led to the seizure of 4,000 packs of contraband cigarettes. They were arrested on charges of trafficking in tobacco products and taken to Pagliarelli prison, where they will remain until further notice.
