Two men, aged 35 and 45, from Pantelimon, were detained by police officers for fraud by the 'scam' method after they tricked a young shop assistant in Craiova. They used a counterfeit 500 lei note to buy products, leaving them with more change than the amount paid. Following searches, police found evidence and money and the men are suspected of having committed similar acts at six other businesses.
