The incident occurred on Monday evening, around 8:00 PM, at the intersection of Bd. Gheorghe Șincai and Bd. Tineretului, when a tram hit an electric scooter left on the tracks, derailing. The Traffic Brigade confirmed that there were no injuries as a result of the accident. The tram driver was tested for alcohol, with a result of zero, and was directed to prepare the legal documents. The tram was put back on the tracks without affecting road traffic.
