During the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, train traffic on the CF Brasov Regional Branch was disrupted due to bad weather, with strong winds and downpours that caused trees to fall on the contact line and on the railroad. Emergency crews acted to remove the obstacles and six passenger trains were stationed in stations until remedial work was completed. Trains are now running with diesel traction on certain sections and CFR SA regrets the inconvenience.
