On Monday, an 18-year-old young man, a student at a high school in Caracal, died in a traffic accident on DN 54, near the locality of Deveselu. The young man, who was heading to school from the commune of Traian, crashed his car into a tree on the side of the road. The police have launched an investigation to determine the causes of the accident, and speed could be a determining factor.
