Road traffic is stopped on Wednesday morning on DN 67C, between Novaci and Rânca, Gorj County, due to the strong blizzard in the mountainous area. At the same time, on DN 5D, in Giurgiu County, there are restrictions for vehicles weighing under 7.5 tons, due to repair works on the Giurgiu-Ruse bridge.

Also, on the A1 Highway, in Giurgiu County, traffic is congested due to an accident between two cars, as a result of which two people need medical care. Traffic is flowing at reduced speed in the second lane, with the first lane blocked.

On other highways and national roads, traffic is flowing on a dry roadway, without precipitation and with good visibility. Interventions with snow removal vehicles are taking place in the affected areas.
