The Infotrafic Center announced that on Wednesday morning, traffic is taking place under foggy conditions in the counties of Cluj, Constanța, Covasna, Harghita, and Ilfov, where visibility is below 200 meters.

Light snowfall is also recorded in the counties of Alba, Botoșani, and Hunedoara, but these do not affect road traffic. As of 06:40, there are no national roads or highways reported with traffic stopped due to accidents or weather conditions. On the A1 Bucharest - Pitești, A2 Bucharest - Constanța, and A3 Bucharest - Ploiești highways, traffic is flowing smoothly, with wet pavement and good visibility. Representatives of the INFOTRAFIC Center recommend caution in icy conditions.
