Reduced visibility below 200 meters in eight counties and on the A7 highway, due to dense fog.

The Infotraffic Center of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police announced that, on Sunday morning, road traffic on DN 6 Caransebeș – Orșova, near the locality of Plugova, is alternating due to a breakdown of a road vehicle that has remained blocked on the roadway. Police are directing traffic in the area. Additionally, Infotraffic reported the presence of fog on several roads in the counties of Bacău, Botoșani, Buzău, Galați, Iași, Neamț, Suceava, and Vrancea, where visibility has dropped below 200 meters, and in some places below 50 meters. Fog is also present on the section 117 – 144 of the A7 Ploiești – Adjud highway. In contrast, on other main road arteries, such as the A0, A1, A2, A3 highways and DN 1, traffic is flowing on a dry roadway, with good visibility and normal traffic values.
