Angel Tîlvăr received an award, highlighting Romania's contributions to regional security and international partnerships during the period 2023-2025.

The former Minister of Defense, Tîlvăr, emphasized the importance of the recognition received, considering it an appreciation of Romania's efforts as a reliable ally. During his term, he coordinated essential projects in the context of the war in Ukraine, including the inauguration of an F-16 training center, support for Ukrainian pilots, and the acquisition of modern aircraft. Tîlvăr also worked in military diplomacy, strengthening Romania's relations with strategic partners such as the USA and Turkey.
