The Sanitas Buzău Union has sent a firm message to the authorities in the healthcare system, expressing dissatisfaction regarding unfulfilled promises, reduced salaries, and lack of respect towards medical staff.

Union representatives assert that they will no longer accept being considered "scapegoats" and that their dignity translates into a possible collective resignation. They emphasize that for years they have been deceived and humiliated, with bonuses maintained at the level of 2018 and with reduced salaries. The message comes in a context of increased public pressure, generated by the death of a 25-year-old at SJU Buzău, which has amplified the grievances of medical staff. The union calls for action, stating that if they are not heard, they will act through mass resignations.
