The Minister of Defense, Radu Miruță, stated that the drone and counter-drone system manufacturing companies, which recently participated in an exercise at the Midia range, have been invited to collaborate with the Romanian Army in real operations.

This represents a first for the Romanian Army, which aims to evaluate the capabilities of these products under actual usage conditions. Miruță emphasized the importance of practical demonstrations of technologies, as opposed to theoretical presentations from offices. Army specialists monitored the performance of the products, and in the coming weeks, companies that align with the Army's needs will be invited to donate equipment for use by soldiers. A feedback file will be created to evaluate the companies, and those that qualify will be able to advance in the commercial collaboration process.
