Deputy Prime Minister Cătălin Predoiu presented the results of the Interior Ministry's interventions in the areas affected by the floods, highlighting the rescue of 200 people and the evacuation of almost 900.

Between July 27 and August 10, the Interior Ministry carried out more than 1,500 missions in Suceava and Neamț counties to respond to the floods. Cătălin Predoiu said that 200 people were rescued and almost 900 evacuated preventively. MAI helicopters carried out more than 80 aerial missions, and alert messages were sent to ensure the safety of the population. Predoiu emphasized the efforts of the intervention teams and volunteers, noting that a state of alert was maintained in certain areas.
