The red warning for heavy rains issued by ANM for Constanța County is valid until 6 PM. In areas such as Hârșova, Cogealac, and others, it is estimated that precipitation will exceed 20 l/m², after quantities of 50-70 l/m² were recorded in the last few hours. The red code for Bucharest and other counties expired at 3 PM.
