The Ministry of Investments and European Projects (MIPE) has announced that the application "Private Beneficiary Purchases" is once again available starting today, after being unavailable since July 15, 2026, due to a cyber attack.

The application has been moved to the Government Cloud and updated to facilitate the publication of announcements and better protect information. It is intended for carrying out procurement procedures for private beneficiaries of projects funded through the Cohesion Policy. MIPE emphasized that the application is not used for projects funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

Following the attack, deadlines for procurement are extended in the event of the application's unavailability.
