The state budget law was adopted in Parliament, after days of tensions.

The Parliament adopted the State Budget Law on Friday, obtaining 319 votes 'for', 104 votes 'against', one abstention, and two parliamentarians who did not vote.

The general debates on the budget began on Thursday, around 9:00 PM, after the draft State Budget Law was approved in the joint budget-finance committees. At 3:00 AM, the joint plenary of the Parliament suspended the debates, which were resumed on Friday at 10:00 AM.

The negotiations were initially tense, especially due to PSD's demands related to a 'solidarity package' for pensioners and children with disabilities. The solution was found through the postponement of the payment of certain rights earned by magistrates. 

This law is essential for establishing the state's expenditures and revenues for the next year. At the same time, the State Social Insurance Budget Law was also adopted, which regulates the funds allocated for social insurance. These measures are crucial for managing the country's financial resources and ensuring the well-being of citizens.
