Following frequent complaints from patients who have been directed to private clinics for services that should have been free in the public system, the Ministry of Health will implement an online form for complaints. Patients will be able to report information about the hospitals and doctors involved, as well as the costs incurred. Authorities will analyze each case and will apply sanctions if necessary. This initiative joins other recent measures aimed at improving the healthcare system, including a platform for complaints related to non-compliant food in hospitals.
