The Minister of Transport, Ciprian Șerban, participated today in a command meeting convened by CNAIR to manage the effects of heavy snowfall. Although snowfall is typical for the cold season, significant precipitation that has fallen in a short time has generated difficulties in traffic, with roads closed or restricted.

Ciprian Șerban assured that all institutions are mobilized and are constantly intervening to resolve the issues that have arisen. The priority remains the safety of citizens and the functioning of essential services, while the authorities are monitoring weather conditions to adapt operational measures. The National Meteorological Administration has issued a special forecast, announcing continuous snowfall and a snow layer that will exceed 50 centimeters. Warning messages may be updated depending on the evolution of the weather.
