They have observed an increase in individual attacks from some members of the Superior Council of Magistracy, which underscores the need for legislative reforms to rectify the judicial system.

The Forum also criticized the behaviors of some judicial inspectors who denigrate their colleagues, contributing to an atmosphere of intimidation. The Association will notify international bodies and requests the intervention of the President of Romania to ensure compliance with the Constitution.
