The government announced the completion of the central and local administration reform, as well as the economic relaunch package, which will be adopted through an emergency ordinance after approval. Discussions between PSD, PNL, USR, and UDMR clarified that salaries for staff in education, health, and defense will not be cut.

Previous salary reductions will be included in the calculation of the total 10% reduction established for this year, with each institution having the freedom to determine how to achieve this goal. Additionally, the coalition will analyze changes to local taxes and fees, especially for buildings older than 50 years and for people with disabilities. UDMR proposed a reduction of taxes by up to 50%, and the prime minister requested time to evaluate the proposal.
