Vlad Pascu, sentenced to 10 years in prison for manslaughter and other offenses related to a 2023 fatal crash, will learn his final sentence on August 18, 2025. The defense is seeking a reduced sentence, citing Pascu's denunciation in a drug trafficking case. In the May 2 crash, Pascu struck a group of pedestrians, killing two young men and seriously injuring two others, then fled the scene. He was under the influence of illegal substances at the time of the incident.
