Reduced visibility below 200 meters in over 15 counties, meteorologists have issued yellow code warnings for the morning of Saturday.

On Saturday morning, road traffic is taking place under difficult conditions due to the dense fog affecting numerous counties in Romania, including the municipality of Bucharest. Visibility is reduced on national roads and sections of the highway, dropping below 200 meters and, in some areas, even below 50 meters.

The affected counties include Argeș, Bacău, Botoșani, Buzău, and many others, and in the Capital, the conditions are similar. Meteorologists have issued a yellow fog warning, valid until 09:00. The police recommend that drivers inform themselves about the weather conditions, use appropriate lighting systems, maintain a safe distance, and adjust their speed to the road conditions. They also emphasize the importance of preventive behavior in traffic to reduce the risk of accidents.
