PNL Deputy Ovidiu Cîmpean announces that one of the important amendments to the Patient Rights Law, which was approved in the Health and Family Committee, is that if you receive a serious diagnosis or are recommended a major intervention, you will have the right to a second medical opinion, covered by the insurance system.
