The Constitutional Court postpones again the decision regarding the service pensions of magistrates. The new decision is expected on October 20.

The Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) resumed, on Wednesday, the analysis of the draft laws for which the Government has assumed responsibility in Parliament, in the second package of measures to reduce the deficit.
At the end of the meeting, several decisions were postponed to October 20.
