The Chamber of Deputies has adopted a bill establishing the year 2026 as the Year of Constantin Brâncuși, celebrating the 150th anniversary of the great artist's birth. With 275 votes 'for' and one vote 'against', the act allows the organization of cultural, artistic and educational events dedicated to Brâncuși, supported by various public institutions. They can allocate funds from their own budgets, within the limits of available resources.
