The General City Hall of the Capital has announced the sale of seven medical offices, which are in a disastrous state, through public auction. These offices are located in sectors 4, 5, and 6, and the starting prices range between 34,200 and 101,000 euros.

The authorities have emphasized that the purpose of this sale is to capitalize on the heritage and to bring money to the city budget, in the context of the importance of access to health services. The offices are located in polyclinics on Aleea Cricovul Dulce 11, Eforiei Street 4 (two spaces), and Pravăț Street 12 (four spaces).

Interested parties can collect the bidding documentation from the PMB headquarters, and the deadline for submitting the pre-selection documentation is May 26, at 4:00 PM. The auction will take place on June 3, at 12:00 PM, at the City Hall headquarters.
